According to Forbes, the Most Powerful Woman in 2023 is Ursula von der Leye, a German physician and the 13th president of the European Commission. And sorry, BeyHive, Taylor Swift ranked the fifth most powerful woman in the world, quite a few notches ahead of Beyoncé. In addition to the concert, Queen Bey produced a documentary entitled “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,” which opened on Dec. 1 at No. 1 at the box office in North America, grossing $11.5 million and $21 million the following weekend, according to USA Today.

The film was released roughly two months after Beyoncé’s concert wrapped on Oct. 1 Kansas City, Missouri.

The film premiered at AMC and Regal theaters and was made available in major markets during its opening weekend, including Mexico, the U.K., South Africa, Kenya, Australia, and Germany.

The “Renaissance” movie secured a 97 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes among critics, and the audience gave the movie a 100 percent, according to NBC Today.

On Dec. 6, Beyoncé, moved by her success, thanked her fans on Instagram.

“I am so deeply thankful to AMC and every team member who worked so hard on this film,” the singer wrote. “I just can’t thank all of you enough for your support. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done because of the short turn around time. I practically slept in the edit, color, and mix sessions. The race against time continued in order to get this film out so quickly. But it was so worth all the grind.”

Forbes also ranked Beyoncé No. 48 on its America’s Self-Made Women in 2023. The self-made list exclusively ranks “Most Successful Women Entrepreneurs, Executives And Entertainers” in the nation.
