Triple threat Jennifer Lopez doesn’t just perform on the block, she also owns the block. Since her first hit song, “If You Had My Love,” was released in 2000, Lopez has been snapping up properties in Los Angeles, the Hamptons, Long Island, and Miami.
To date, Lopez owns an estimated $124.8 million in real estate holdings. Just recently, Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, purchased a $60.9 million Georgian-style estate in Beverly Hills.
Sitting on 5.2 acres of land with views of the mountains, the 38,000-square-foot home features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. There’s tons of space to unwind as there are wine and whiskey rooms, a sauna, a spa, and a home theater. A basketball court and an infinity pool are also perfect for their blended family.
While Lopez, who is reportedly worth $400 million, has not held on to all of her properties–such as the home in Long Island, New York, that she once owned with her third husband Marc Anthony, the Park Avenue condominium she purchased with ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez, or her first Miami pad, she still owns several notable properties.
Here’s an inside look at Lopez’s current real estate portfolio.
At Home In The Hamptons
As Lopez’s star continued to rise, she began searching for a vacation home in the Hamptons. In 2013, Lopez settled on an estate near the exclusive Mecox Bay for $10 million. The 8,660-square-foot property includes eight bedrooms, a home theater, play areas for her children, a steam room, a sauna, and a pool.
Penthouse Overlooking The Park
Following her divorce from Marc Anthony in 2014, Lopez plunked down $20 million for an apartment in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. The 6,500-square-foot unit includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s also 3,000 square feet of outdoor space that includes four terraces and overlooks Madison Square Park. Three years after purchasing, Lopez listed the apartment for $27 million. And despite several price cuts, the unit has yet to sell. Most recently Lopez listed it at $25 million in September 2023.
A Mystery Property
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lopez purchased a quiet home in Encino, California, for $1.4 million. Lopez has never lived in the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence. Instead, it is used either as an investment property or for a family member.
Fit For A Star
While dating retired MLB player Alex Rodriguez, the couple purchased several properties. One of their biggest purchases was a $32.5 million waterfront property on Miami’s Star Island. The 14,762-square-foot mansion features 10 bedrooms and 10 and a half bathrooms. There’s a chef’s kitchen, wine room, and wood-paneled room that can be used as a library or den. Outside there’s an infinity pool with an attached hot tub and a cabana. There’s private access to the Atlantic Ocean through a 100-foot wooden dock.
Although the couple ended their relationship less than a year after the purchase, the home is still owned by Lopez and Rodriguez.
