Kanye West Drops $35M Luxurious Beverly Park Mansion

Kanye West is clearly not as cash-strapped as rumors have suggested — he reportedly recently acquired a $35 million mansion in the exclusive Beverly Park North community of Beverly Hills.

According to The New York Post, West’s recent real estate purchase is a 20,000-square-foot mansion spanning around seven acres and offering extensive luxury amenities, including 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a resort-style pool with a waterfall, a lap pool, a pool house, a tennis court, and an entertainment pavilion.

The gated mansion adds to West’s California real estate holdings, even as he has expressed reservations about the Hollywood lifestyle, with this purchase indicating that West continues to invest heavily in high-profile assets even as he’s struggled to accomplish this goal in the past.

As Finurah previously reported, West, now known as Ye, has faced financial and legal challenges, including outstanding tax obligations.

His clothing brand Yeezy Apparel alone owes nearly $1 million in tax liens, and other properties connected to his businesses have unpaid taxes, according to the U.S. Sun. Despite recent revenue from Yeezy sales like his successful Yeezy Pods, his personal finances and business dealings appear strained. Additionally, the Malibu mansion that he left abandoned and stripped was sold at a loss. Ye paid $57.25 million in 2021, but the new owner got it on Oct. 4 for less than half that number at $21 million.

Ye’s finances are still recovering from a major hit he took from his controversial anti-Semitic remarks in 2022. He saw partnerships with Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga end.

His partnership with Adidas alone, which had contributed an estimated $1.5 billion to his net worth, ended abruptly, reportedly causing his net worth to drop from billionaire status to around $400 million, according to Forbes.

However, things seem to be looking slightly better for the Chicago-reared rapper, as he’s been traveling and touring internationally and now seems ready to settle back in Beverly Hills — in a $35 million mansion, no less.
