Inside the Estate

The 27-year-old founder of Kylie Cosmetics took to Instagram recently and posted snapshots of her luxurious seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom sprawling estate. Jenner highlighted elements that “make her happy,” such as a chic dining room with muted tones and a striking nude painting set against a bold green background—a rare pop of color in an otherwise neutral decor scheme of grays, browns, and beiges.

She also shows off a kids’ table for her children, Stormi and Aire, complete with cozy sheepskin-lined chairs.

The property also includes an over-the-top home gym, featuring a $12,000 Christian Dior treadmill and a half basketball court. Outside, Jenner’s home offers breathtaking views and expansive grounds, including a parking area for up to 29 vehicles.

Throughout her home, she has scattered family memorabilia, such as a framed black-and-white photo with her parents, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, and her siblings. Jenner also has on one table Vogue magazines featuring covers of herself and Stormi, as well as one of her sister Kendall.

She purchased the property in 2020 for $36.5 million — a significant discount from its $55 million listing price. Alongside the main house, the compound includes guest apartments and suites, a guardhouse, and amenities like an outdoor projection screen and a home theater.

Jenner’s net worth is estimated at $710 million as of May 2024 by Forbes. She still owns 44% of Kylie Cosmetics after selling in 2019 a majority stake to Coty, Inc. for $600 million.
