Action movie star Sylvester Stallone has recently closed on an eight-bedroom East Hampton mansion for $25 million, a property he will be giving to his three daughters. Remarkably, he was prepared to spend eight-figures on the home even before seeing it.
Once he actually came to the opulent Long Island community, the beautiful home seemed to be a perfect investment for the “Rocky” actor’s princesses, worth every penny spent.
Inside the Home
The 11,644-square-foot new-construction home offers an exceptional blend of luxury and comfort, meticulously developed by interior designer James Michael Howard, the New York Post reports.
Two of Stallone’s daughters already live on the East Coast, making this Hamptons property a practical family asset. Situated on 1.12 acres just a mile from the Atlantic Ocean, the property features a fully furnished residence with high-end finishes and custom details throughout.
The home’s architectural layout begins with a dramatic double-height foyer that immediately sets a tone of grandeur. The great room seamlessly connects to an eat-in chef’s kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry, and a spacious center island perfect for family cooking and entertaining.
An eye-popping jewel-tone formal dining room provides an elegant space for gatherings, while the family room boasts a woodburning fireplace and radiant heated floors for year-round comfort.
A dedicated screening room offers a private entertainment space, complete with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems. The main bedroom suite provides a luxurious retreat, likely featuring walk-in closets, a spa-like bathroom, and potentially private balcony or terrace views of the property’s meticulously landscaped grounds.
Outside, the home includes a stunning pool and pool house, extending the living and entertainment spaces. The lot provides ample space for outdoor activities, gardens, and potential future expansions. The property’s proximity to the Atlantic Ocean offers additional recreational opportunities and a quintessential Hamptons lifestyle.
Stallone, 78, made the purchase sight unseen, signing the contract and placing a deposit before personally touring the property. This bold approach demonstrates his confidence in the investment and his commitment to providing for his family. With an estimated net worth of $400 million, Stallone can afford such moves for his girls.
The world has recently gotten to know his daughters up close and personal as the Stallone family recently debuted their own reality series, “The Family Stallone,” in May 2023.
The series runs exclusively on Paramount Plus, and follows the more realistic, family-oriented version of Stallone, which is quite a paradoxical view when compared to the action hero persona he’s often played up throughout his career.
The series also treats viewers to an inside look at the Hell’s Kitchen native’s relationship with his wife, Jennifer Flavin, while also featuring their three daughters: Scarlet Rose, 22, Sistine, 26, and Sophia Rose, 28.
In addition to his three Gen Z daughters, the “Rambo” actor is also the father of two sons. Sage Stallone, born in 1976, tragically passed away in 2015. His other son, Seargeoh, is 45 years old and remains his one living son.
Currently residing in a $35 million Palm Beach mansion with Flavin, a property he purchased in 2020, Stallone plans to spend a lot of time at the Hamptons home alongside his daughters. This will most likely provide great content for their series. The property marks a record price for the non-oceanfront neighborhood, reflecting both its quality and Stallone’s willingness to drop big dollars for his daughters’ contentment.
Co-listed by Martha Gundersen and Paul Brennan of Douglas Elliman, and Gary DePersia of Corcoran, the history-making purchase was made in an all-cash deal.
Beyond his real estate investments, Stallone remains a significant cultural figure. He has been nominated for an Academy Award three times and won a Golden Globe for the 2015 movie, “Creed.” Inducted into the National Film Registry and with “Rocky” props displayed in the Smithsonian Museum, he has leveraged his Hollywood success into lasting financial security for his family and to propel his daughters’ careers in reality television.
Now, with this $25 million investment, he is ensuring that Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet have a luxurious East Coast retreat that reflects their father’s commitment to family and success.
