Where Tom Now Calls Home

Brady, 47, purchased the 1.84-acre property for $17 million in 2020 while still married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen. The couple initially planned to make the island home their family residence. However, following their divorce in October 2022, Brady took ownership of the property as part of the settlement, transforming it into a lavish bachelor pad.

The extensive renovation involved demolishing the existing structure and constructing an ultra-modern mansion. The process, spanning four years, resulted in a sleek, contemporary design. Recent photos shared on Brady’s social media highlight the estate’s stunning amenities, including a zero-entry pool surrounded by a gray stone patio, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. A cabana-style structure offers shade and a space to entertain friends.

One of Brady’s Instagram posts from March featured a shimmering view of the pool with the caption, “Home is where the heart is.” In September, he shared another snapshot showcasing a breathtaking sunset over the pool and the waterfront backdrop.

Interestingly, Brady’s estate provides a view of Bündchen’s nearby home, which she purchased for $11.5 million in 2022. The supermodel reportedly plans to give birth to her first child with boyfriend Joaquim Valente at the renovated property.

Life on Billionaire Bunker

Indian Creek Island, known for its exclusivity and affluence, is home to a host of high-profile residents, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, as well as Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. The 300-acre, artificially constructed island features 41 residential lots, each designed for privacy and luxury. Access is tightly controlled, with a single bridge connecting the island to the mainland and its own dedicated police force.

Indian Creek has seen a wave of extensive renovations as new homeowners seek to modernize their estates. Construction on Brady’s property began in 2022 and includes waterfront views, a golf course, a gym, a cabana, a pool, a security building, and a sports court. The mansion, expected to cost around $35 million to build, will be valued at an estimated $11 million to $18 million upon completion, making it a testament to Brady’s penchant for luxury living.

A New Era

As Brady settles into his completed megamansion, he appears to be relishing his post-NFL chapter. The seven-time Super Bowl champion now serves as a sports analyst for “NFL on Fox,” balancing his professional endeavors with his life in one of Miami’s most prestigious enclaves.

According to estimates, Brady’s net worth exceeds $300 million and continues to grow. During his 23-year NFL career, Brady earned approximately $332.9 million, averaging around $14.5 million annually. His post-retirement ventures include a $375 million, 10-year broadcasting contract with Fox and endorsement deals with brands such as Under Armour, Ugg, Upper Deck, and Foot Locker.

With his new home finally complete, Brady’s transformation of the Indian Creek property becomes a fitting conclusion to a four-year project that began as a shared vision and evolved into a personal retreat.
