Patrick Mahomes made sure Christmas came early for his Kansas City Chiefs offensive linemen this year, surprising them with a series of expensive gifts, including $24,000 Hublot watches, e-bikes, and high-tech gadgets.

Merry Christmas
The Chiefs shared photos and videos on Instagram showing linemen such as C.J. Hanson, Trey Smith, Esa Pole, Chukwuebuka Godrick, and Hunter Nourzad opening their gifts in a meeting room decorated for the occasion. “Christmas came early for the O-line! Shoutout to QB1 for the gifts,” the team captioned the post on Dec. 19.
Mahomes’ gifts included Hublot Big Bang Unico Black Magic watches, retailing at $24,000 each. The timepieces feature a black ceramic 42mm case and bezel, a rubber strap, and a skeletonized dial showcasing the HUB1280 Unico 2 movement with a 72-hour power reserve. Mahomes, a Hublot ambassador since September, added a personal touch by gifting a collection from his own favorite brand.
In addition to watches, Mahomes gave his teammates Full Swing KIT indoor golf simulators ($4,000), Meta AI Glasses ($399) with customized cases, Beats Studio Pro headphones ($180), Rimowa aluminum suitcases ($1,500), and Aventon e-bikes ($1,699). Social media clips showed the players riding e-bikes through the hallway and testing the AI glasses, highlighting the fun and camaraderie of the event.
This year’s holiday generosity comes after Mahomes suffered a significant knee injury during the Chiefs’ loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, tearing both his ACL and LCL. Despite the setback, Mahomes remains focused on recovery. Chiefs VP of Sports Medicine Rick Burkholder estimates a nine-month rehabilitation period, aiming for a Week 1 return in the 2026 NFL season.
Mahomes has an estimated net worth of $90 million and total earnings of $232,004,472. In 2020 he signed a 10-year, $450 million contract with the Chiefs, including a $10 million signing bonus, $141,481,905 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $45 million. In 2025, his base salary is $1,255,000, with a $47,745,000 restructure bonus, a $1 million workout bonus, a cap hit of $28,062,269, and a dead cap value of $105,888,045.
