La La Anthony’s 25-foot-wide Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, townhouse is on the market for $8.5 million, The New York Post reports.

The NYC home is where she lived with Kiyan, the son she shares with Carmelo Anthony, who is following his legendary dad to play basketball at Syracuse University.
“I love this house,” La La Anthony told the Post. “It’s where my son and our friends and family come to hang out. But it’s a little big for me now, and I want another family or person to enjoy it the way we did.
La La, who rose to fame through her early career as an MTV VJ on “Total Request Live” (TRL) in the early 2000s before appearing in various films and popular TV series, has a net worth of about $30 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Anthony, who was born in Brooklyn, like her ex-husband, revamped the entire 5,582-square-foot home, which she purchased in 2023 for $6.2 million.
Built in 2016 from the ground up, the residence comes with six bedrooms and 6.5 baths, along with plenty of outdoor space, including three terraces and a garden.
It’s currently set up as a 4,000-square-foot single-family home with a separate 1,582-square-foot income-producing rental or guest duplex that could be reintegrated, said listing broker Andrew Azoulay, founder of At The Firm.
The actress is also a bestselling author, entrepreneur and philanthropist whose ThreeSixty program helps young men 18 to 21 deal with re-entering the world after Rikers Island incarceration with mentorship, life coaching and legal help.
Anthony is also starring and co-executive producing a new show called “Group Chat” with her besties, including Kim Kardashian, whose pilot was picked up by Hulu. She also stays busy with various business ventures that include running her Inala hair care brand and being a creative advisor for Airbnb.
Now, it seems Anthony is looking for a change of scenery with selling the Brooklyn home.
The home is also a reflection of Anthony’s style.
“I did the renovations, from top to bottom. It’s super modern, with a cool decor. I’m leaving all of the finishes, my whole aesthetic,” Anthony said. “It’s a beautiful home.”
In particular, Anthony added, she loves the living room with its big couches and large TV.
“It’s where we’d hang out,” Anthony said. “It was a great place to be for the holidays, with music, karaoke, just having a great time with friends and family.”
There’s even a glam room.
“It’s where I’d get my hair and make-up done if I was working and shooting, and it’s always fun to have glam time with my girlfriends,” Anthony said.
The home also features a garage with a heated driveway and sidewalk outside, triple-pane windows and radiant heat floors within.
The main residence takes up four levels. It opens into a double-height great room with 20-foot ceilings and oversized windows, and leads to a chef’s kitchen and a wine bar. There’s also an “entertaining” terrace with stairs that lead down to the garden.
Upstairs, two bedrooms and baths take up the third floor, along with a large home office overlooking the great room through a glass half-wall.
The fourth floor, which is a full-floor main bedroom suite — with a terrace, a spa-like windowed bath with radiant-heated floors and a walk-in closet with custom shelves and seating.
The fifth floor is a flex space with a full bath and terrace that can work as a media room, a gym or an additional bedroom.
