Tom Brady’s Miami mansion on Indian Creek Island, “Billionaire Bunker,” was featured on “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” on Jan. 15, and it lived up to its $150 million valuation.

Inside the Billionaire Bunker
The home has an ultra-modern interior, including a massive minimalist kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, neutral tones, and professional-grade appliances. There is a gray stone swimming pool or better known as a zero-edge pool, lush landscaping views of Biscayne Bay, and a firepit area designed for entertaining.
The five-bedroom mansion includes a basketball court, multiple gyms, and a spa, according to Realtor.com.
Original purchased by Brady for $17 million in 2020 while he was still married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen, the waterfront property has been demolished and rebuilt from scratch for the past four years, becoming a sleek, modern megamansion, Realtor.com reported.
Realtor.com confirms that Brady instead refinanced the property, taking out a $35 million loan in 2024 to replace an earlier construction loan on more favorable terms.
However, as the Daily Express reported, since the divorce of his wife Bündchen in October 2022, Brady no longer considers the place his primary residence, considering the emotional toll and his traveling routine.
Soon after he retired permanently with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2023 at age 45 – after 23 seasons in the league, he wanted to prioritize time with his children, of which he has two children with Bündchen and one son with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan.
Brady has remained closely tied to the NFL through a 10-year, $375 million broadcasting deal with Fox Sports as a color analyst, a job which creates the chaotic schedule that has forced Brady to spent limited time at the mansion due to his extensive travel.
Bloomberg previously reported Brady considered selling the home in 2025, with the outlet writing that it’s unnamed sources claimed seven-time Super Bowl champion has received multiple bids valuing the property above $150 million, but there’s no official listing yet. Bloomberg does speculate the home could surpass the $107 million Miami sales record set in 2022.
Indian Creek Island real estate prices have surged, with Daily Express reporting that Jeff Bezos purchased multiple properties in the area, which has its own police force and gated access.
