Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s once-dreamy marital mansion remains unsold although the two owners long ago ended their marriage. After nearly a year and a half of sitting untouched, unloved, and very unsold, the former couple has pulled their massive Beverly Hills estate off the market again.

Not for Sale
The property was bought in 2023 following their July 2022 wedding. Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024.
The 12-bedroom, 24-bath mansion first hit the market in mid-2024, just weeks before Lopez filed for divorce. Priced at an incredible $68 million, the mansion quickly earned a reputation as the listing nobody wanted. It was taken off the market July 2025.
The home was briefly shopped off-market, returned to public listings, then slashed by a whopping $16 million in September 2025.
Affleck was said to be ready to cut losses and negotiate, while Lopez, who for a while was living in the mansion until last September while overseeing renovations on her new $21 million Calabasas home, remained firm on the price.
Now, the listing has vanished entirely from online databases.
Adding to the intrigue, moving trucks were recently spotted at the property, according to The Daily Mail. Affleck almost immediately after the divorce was announced had already relocated to a $20 million Pacific Palisades bachelor pad.
Lopez, who kicked off 2026 with a series of January shows for a new Las Vegas residency, “Up All Night,” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with shows starting back up in March, had an estimated net worth of approximately $400 million as of 2024. Affleck, who is promoting his new crime thriller “The Rip” with Matt Damon, has a net worth of $150 million.
The pair bought the mansion for $60.85 million in 2023, meaning any future sale below that number would lock in a painful loss.
For now, the mansion sits in limbo.
