Corey Feldman and Courtney Anne Mitchell have officially finalized their divorce, with a Los Angeles Superior Court judge signing off on the split on Feb. 25.

The former child actor, known for films such as “The Goonies” and “Stand by Me,” must pay his ex-wife a six-figure sum as part of the settlement, though he will retain his memorabilia from the late Michael Jackson.
Feldman and Mitchell married in Las Vegas on Nov. 22, 2016, at Sir Elton John’s Fizz Champagne Lounge at Caesars Palace. People Magazine reported they were married for nearly seven years before separating in August 2023.
The couple had no children together. As part of the financial agreement, Feldman agreed to pay $100,000 in spousal support, according to TMZ.
The payment is structured as a lump sum, with $10,000 due within five days of the agreement, followed by $10,000 payments every two months until fully paid.
Both parties waived any future rights to spousal support beyond the agreed amount.
In addition to paying off his ex-wife, Feldman is responsible for an outstanding 2021 IRS tax debt, which he has been paying down.
Feldman retains his extensive Michael Jackson memorabilia collection, resolving earlier speculation about its fate, according to New York Post.
He also keeps a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada, and five shares of Tesla stock.
When announcing the separation in August 2023, Feldman told People magazine it was “with great sadness” and said there was “no one to blame,” citing life difficulties and Mitchell’s health struggles, including chronic fatigue.
Mitchell previously detailed health issues including COVID-19, hives, and chronic fatigue.
The couple reached a “global settlement” in November 2025 resolving key financial and legal matters before the judge formally finalized the divorce.
Feldman reposted coverage of the settlement on X, writing “ITS DONE,” and confirming a resolution had been reached.
“ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER DIVORCE STORY,” Corey wrote on X. “GOD WILLING THIS IS THE LAST I HAVE TO HEAR OF IT. IVE NEVER HAD A DIVORCE COVERED THIS EXTENSIVELY, SO LET ME B CLEAR I WILL NOT B ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SETTLEMENT. GOD BLESS.”
Feldman had been married twice prior to his divorce with Mitchell. He was married to actress Vanessa Marcil from 1989 to 1993, and Susie Sprague from 2002 to 2014.
