A quiet Sunday at Rihanna’s $14 million Beverly Hills mansion was shattered when a woman allegedly fired multiple gunshots at the property while the singer was inside, authorities said.

The home Rihanna shares with partner A$AP Rocky sits in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, an area known for its secluded hillside estates and celebrity residents, according to Realtor.com.
The couple has assembled a small compound there after purchasing neighboring homes in recent years.
The one where the incident occurred, is one Rihanna purchased in 2021 for $13.75 million, New York Post reported.
The modern farmhouse-style estate underwent renovations blending traditional architecture with contemporary design about 8,000 square feet.
According to he New York Post, the property features a central courtyard with an outdoor terrace, pool, spa and fire pit, along with a tguest house.
Inside, the residence includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen with marble islands, a cocktail bar, formal living and family rooms with French oak floors, and a primary suite with mountain views and a spa-style bathroom that opens to a private outdoor sitting area.
She combined this mansion with an adjacent property, a Tudor-style home, built in 1938 acquired for $10 million in 2021. It spans roughly 5,000 square feet and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
According to Mansion Global, the residence includes exposed ceiling beams, wood detailing throughout the interior, a sauna, a swimming pool and even a half basketball court.
Together, the adjacent properties form a private enclave for the singer and her family.
But the normally quiet neighborhood became the site of a police response Sunday afternoon, March 8, after gunfire erupted outside the more expensive property.
A 35-year-old Florida woman armed with an AR-15-style weapon allegedly fired multiple shots toward the home while Rihanna was inside, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Law enforcement sources told the newspaper that at least one round penetrated part of the property.
Police identified the suspect as Ivanna Lisette Ortiz of Orlando.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 1:20 p.m.
Ortiz allegedly fired several rounds from inside a vehicle toward the residence before fleeing the area.
Authorities located the vehicle — described as a white Tesla — and arrested Ortiz roughly 30 minutes later in a shopping center parking lot in Sherman Oaks, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Officers recovered an assault-style rifle and shell casings from the vehicle.
Ortiz was taken into custody without further incident and is being held on $10.2 million bail.
No injuries were reported.
Police found bullet holes in the property’s gate and in an RV parked in the driveway, according to the Los Angeles Times. Earlier reports noted that multiple shots struck the gated entrance of the property.
It remains unclear who else was inside the residence at the time.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky share three children: sons RZA and Riot, and a daughter, Rocki, who was born in September 2025.
