Kylie Jenner has put two Southern California properties on the market for a combined roughly $68 million as the reality TV star and entrepreneur reshapes her real estate holdings.

Bye, Bye Homes
The latest listing is her longtime Hidden Hills home, now asking $20.25 million, according to Realtor.com. The move follows her December listing of a larger Holmby Hills estate for $48 million, bringing the total value of the two properties to more than $68 million.
Jenner, who was recently seen attending the Oscars with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, bought the Hidden Hills property about a decade ago for $12 million, when she was 19.
The Hidden Hills home, built in 2016, spans more than 13,000 square feet on about 1.4 acres. It includes eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two powder rooms, along with a circular driveway, six-car garage and landscaped grounds with a resort-style pool, spa, patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
Inside, the home features a chef’s kitchen with two islands, an open dining area and a great room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Additional amenities include a home theater, game room with a wet bar, gym and massage room. The main suite includes a sitting area, dual walk-in closets, a spa-style bathroom and access to a private balcony.
An attached guest suite with a private entrance includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area and courtyard.
The property is listed with Douglas Elliman broker Josh Altman.
Jenner’s other listing, a larger Holmby Hills estate, carries a $48 million price tag. Built in 2019, the roughly 19,250-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms and 12 fireplaces, along with a chef’s kitchen, home theater, pool and sports court for basketball and pickleball.
The two listings come as Jenner continues work on a new primary residence nearby. She purchased a parcel of land in Hidden Hills for $15 million in 2020 and has been developing a custom home there.
Plans for the new property include a guest house, security area, sport court, 12-car garage and a large pool, according to details she has shared publicly.
Jenner, founder of fashion brand Khy, has increasingly focused on consolidating her real estate portfolio around the Hidden Hills area, where several members of her family also own homes.
