The chart-topper, born Alecia Beth Moore, is, according to Realtor.com, in the final stages of purchasing a $21.5 million townhouse in Greenwich Village after moving her family from California to Manhattan earlier this year to support her 14-year-old daughter Willow’s dream of studying theater and pursuing Broadway opportunities.

The Grammy-winning artist has an estimated net worth of approximately $250 million, built through record sales, global touring, endorsements, and strategic brand partnerships. Over the course of her career, she has sold more than 90 million records worldwide and consistently ranked among the highest-paid performers in the music industry.

Between June 2017 and June 2018, Pink generated roughly $50 million in income from touring, music sales, and endorsements. She earned a similar amount the following year and about $45 million between 2019 and 2020 — numbers that place her firmly in the upper tier of entertainment earners.

The townhouse was originally built in 1849. The Greek Revival residence spans more than 7,800 square feet and includes five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and dedicated office areas — features that align with the needs of a modern, high-performing household.

The property was initially listed for $25 million before being relisted at the purchasing price, suggesting the possibility that the former LaFace Records artist secured favorable pricing in a shifting luxury market.

In Pink’s case, the purchase also reflects a long-standing pattern of real estate activity. She and her husband, former motocross champion Carey Hart, have owned multiple properties over the years, including a Malibu mansion that sold for $12.5 million and a sprawling ranch in California’s Santa Ynez Valley that features a 25-acre vineyard used to launch their wine label, Two Wolves.

Her financial success stems from a career that consistently delivered commercial hits. Pink entered the music industry in the late 1990s as a member of the R&B group Choice before launching her solo debut, “Can’t Take Me Home,” in 2000.

She reached global superstardom with 2001’s “Missundaztood,” producing hits like “Get the Party Started” and defining her pop-rock style. Since then, blockbuster albums and high-energy tours featuring aerial acrobatics have driven hundreds of millions in ticket sales worldwide.

Beyond music, Pink has expanded her income through endorsements with major brands such as T-Mobile, Sony Ericsson, Volkswagen, CoverGirl, and Polo — partnerships that have added millions to her annual earnings.

Yet the motivation behind the New York move appears less financial and more personal. Pink has openly explained that the relocation was designed to give Willow direct access to theater training and the professional ecosystem surrounding Broadway.
