Leaving the Los Angeles area for good in favor of nation’s capital the Washington Wizards, Anthony Davis now has closed the sale of his Bel Air Crest mansion in Los Angeles for $32 million.

Davis’ property came on the market at roughly $40 million in August 2025, meaning the former Dallas Maverick reportedly sold the mansion at a loss about $8 million under the asking price.
The estate covers 17,254 square feet and features eight bedrooms, according to ESPN.
It includes 12 bathrooms consisting of eight full and four half, and it is equipped with an elevator.
A state-of-the-art home theater entertains guests, according to Bleacher Report. A game room and lounge provide additional space. A wet bar stands ready for gatherings.
The wine cellar stores collections. A home gym with massage room supports training. A private salon or barber shop offers personal care.

Davis earned an estimated $364 million in NBA salary across 14 seasons, according to Spotrac, cited by Bleacher Report.
Davis had played for Lakers alongside LeBron James for six years, even winning an NBA championship during the league’s bubble era in 2020.
In February 2025 the Los Angeles Lakers traded Davis to the Mavericks to acquire Luka Dončić.
After Roughly one year in Dallas, Davis was traded by the Mavericks to the Wizards, where Davis isexpected to seek a four-year $275 million maximum contract extension with the Washington team.
