Nick Cannon’s Christmas shopping for his children is so expensive that the comedian compared it to paying for college.
“So start it off, my adorable and jovial offspring gave me a list,” the father of 10 said, kicking off his rant. “Daddy’s got this! It’s gonna be a Merry motherf– Christmas!”
Cannon, who has a net worth of $60 million, jokingly expressed he would rather use his fortune to save and pay his children’s college tuition.
College or Christmas
“All these damn gifts, y’all just don’t wanna go to college,” the “Masked Singer” host said on YouTube.
The college comparison came after the comedian was triggered by what his children wanted for Christmas.
“It’s almost the holidays, and thanks to me, the world now has 8 billion people, but my job’s not done,” Cannon said. “And based off the baby mama to kid ratio, we got a whole hell of a lot of gifts to buy.”
According to The New York Post, some requested items include purchasing the Los Angeles Lakers team, a dolphin, and 12 PlayStation 5 consoles.
“No, I can’t afford the whole Lakers – maybe one of them?” he asked on the video.
“I didn’t get none of this stuff as a kid! Know what my daddy got me? A stick! They used to call me Stick Cannon,” the comedian said.
Massive Child Support for Multiple Children
As Finurah previously reported, the “Wild ‘n Out” host is estimated to be paying $3 million a year in child support for his 10 living children, and he probably will be spending more with the birth of his 12th child. Cannon disputed the reported amount, saying he pays much more.
This year alone, Cannon, 42, added four children born by four women to his brood. He has another child expected.
His most well-known children, 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, are from his ex-wife Mariah Carey.
Cannon’s additional children include: sons Golden Sagon and Rise Messiah Cannon and daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell; twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa; son Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi; and daughter Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole. His son Zen died shortly after birth.
