Blac Chyna, or as she now prefers to be called Angela White, seems to be in a financial crunch — at least according to court documents presented in her child custody battle with her ex, rapper Tyga.
The docs show she earns approximately $32,000 per month. Her highest-earning month was September and it was reportedly $71,000 in September.
Documents also revealed that the reality star not only resides in a property worth $1.5 million, but seems to be consistently spending more than she earns.
The Custody Battle
As Tyga requests legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son, King Cairo, White has exposed the amount of money she has saved and has detailed her expenses, both RadarOnline and Daily Mail reported.
On July 24, White filed a Petition to Determine Parental Relationship against Tyga in Los Angeles Superior Court. In her petition, she sought joint custody of their child and requested $125,000 from Tyga to cover her legal expenses.
White is legally allowed to spend a minimum of 24 hours per week with her son. However, she claims that Tyga is not only disrupting her limited time with their child, but also refusing to communicate directly with her and withholding critical information, such as his contact details and King’s current address.
Tyga pays for their son’s private school tuition, medical bills, and most living expenses, RadarOnline reported.
Inside White’s Finances
White, once one of the top creators on the Only Fans site before deactivating her account last year, has only $11,000 in savings, The Daily Mail reports.
White faces substantial monthly expenses, including a $22,000 mortgage payment, with a principal amount of $1,885 and a staggering $17,000 in interest.
In addition, she pays $3,000 in property taxes. Her monthly expenses reportedly include $8,000 for health care, $5,000 for childcare, $1,400 for utilities, and $850 for cell phone bills.
As a mother of two, she shares custody of her 6-year-old daughter, Dream, with her ex, Rob Kardashian.
White pays $3,800 for groceries and $1,529 for dining out, according to court papers. Her budget includes $3,200 for laundry and cleaning, $2,500 for clothing, and $2,000 for entertainment and vacations. Auto-related costs amount to $1,896, while she manages to save $271 each month.
Her largest monthly payment is $24,000, which is used to pay off her credit card and loan.
According to TMZ, White has managed to stay financially afloat by selling her clothing, purses, and shoes to friends, family, and through an online consignment store. Her sales have generated $178,000 this year, helping to compensate for declining business revenues.
However, White acknowledges that this is a temporary solution, as she will eventually run out of items to sell.
White has expressed the need for financial assistance from her ex to support her ongoing legal battle.
She claimed on social media in 2020 that she does not receive child support from her financially wealthier fathers of her children.
However, Tyga, with a net worth estimated to be $8 million, responded on social media, “I pay $40k a year for my son’s school, and he lives with me from Monday to Saturday. Why would I pay child support lol.”
Rob Kardashian, with a net worth estimated at $10 million, joined the conversation, stating that he also pays $37,000 per year in tuition and covers “every single medical expense” as well as funds her “extracurricular activities.”
