Just months after purchasing another property in affluent Montecito, California, actress Zoe Saldana recently sold her Beverly Hills home. The 6400-square-foot property sold on Nov. 15 for $10 million.
She paid $8.7 million for the property in 2016, according to Realtor.com.
Saldana listed the property over a year ago and cut the price several times before finally settling on a buyer. It was originally listed in September 2023 for $16.5 million. However, as months went by, she decided to lease the property for $47,500 per month, according to Architectural Digest. There is no info reported on the amount of her mortgage. In February 2024, she cut the asking price to $14.9 million. But just two months later, she dropped the price again, this time to $14.5 million. Still, with no interested buyers, Saldana lowered the home’s selling price to $13.9 million. And finally, in September, she offered it for $11.9 million.
Saldana, who has an estimated net worth of $60 million, has developed a repertoire as an actress specializing in science fiction films such as “Avatar,” “Avengers: Endgame” and “Avengers: Infinity War.” Her portrayals in films such as “Columbiana” “Death at a Funeral” and “Drumline” have also been memorable. Saldana’s latest project is Emilia Perez, currently streaming on Netflix. The film is a departure from Saldana’s past roles and her first in Spanish.

Inside Saldana’s Beverly Hills Home
In 2016, Saldana starred in the film, “Nina” a biopic of Nina Simone while also reprising her role in “Star Trek Beyond.” She celebrated with a big purchase — a new home once owned by model and entrepreneur Kimora Lee Simmons. Purchased for $8.7 million, Saldana immediately began renovating the property.
The recently sold property is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Colonial Revival mansion. According to Realtor, the listing described the home as “blending classic timelessness with modern amenities and sophisticated upgrades.”

A retro-inspired entry foyer features a curved staircase and a high ceiling. In the living room area, there is a stone fireplace. The family room and dining area are open-concept spaces leading into a kitchen with high-end appliances and gold-trimmed cabinets and have access to the outdoors.
Upstairs, the master suite includes a fireplace, lounge area, and a double closet complete with a dressing room. There’s also a marble bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor of the residence includes a gym.
On the lower level are two additional suites, and a media room. A guest room with a separate entrance is also present.
The backyard’s gardens, pool, spa, tennis court, and outdoor dining area provide the new owner’s space to relax. In addition, there is access to the Franklin Canyon hiking trails.
