Rapper Cardi B is contemplating putting her cherished car collection up for sale.
The Grammy-winning artist, known for her extravagant lifestyle and hit songs often rapping about lavish rides, is considering selling her cherished car collection. With a reported net worth of $40 million, the Bronx-bred rapper’s discretionary income has allowed her to own some of the most luxurious and exotic cars in the world, like Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and Rolls-Royces.

In a recent Instagram post, the 30-year-old hip-hop artist gave her fan base a glimpse into her extravagant car collection, showcasing various vehicles sitting idle in her garage. The row of rides included a vibrant red Ferrari SUV, which was gifted to her by her husband, Offset. Additionally, she revealed a sleek black Maybach SUV and other impressive automobiles. The price range for her vehicles ranges from roughly $150,000 to $400,000. Offset himself is also a car connoisseur. In 2020, Cardi gifted her husband an authentic Lamborghini Aventador SVJ for his birthday that reportedly costs $700,000.
During the impromptu tour, the Bardi singer candidly expressed that some of her swanky whips hadn’t racked up mileage in years.
“These cars, they just sit there and gather dust,” she said, also questioning if her Ferrari even functions properly, stating, “I wonder if it even turns on — it hasn’t been used in ages.”
No License to Drive
For years, luxurious cars have served as symbols of success for Cardi B and have played a significant role in shaping her public image. But while she often boasts of her coveted rides, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper has revealed on live television that she doesn’t have a license to drive, nor knows how to operate a vehicle. While appearing on Elle Degeneres’ show, she hilariously told the host that she was a “professional passenger.”
During her appearance on “Carpool Karaoke,” when British host and comedian James Corden asked Cardi about the purpose of owning various cars despite her inability to drive, her memorable response was “to take pictures with them.”
