Inside the Multimillion-Dollar Real Estate Portfolio of NFL Power Couple Russell Wilson and Ciara

There’s no stopping NFL player Russell Wilson and his wife, performer Ciara, from building their legacy through their demanding careers and key real estate investment properties.

“Every morning we wake up together it’s a blessing,” Wilson told GQ in a 2021 interview.

Wilson is one of the highest-paid players in the NFL with an annual salary of $48.5 million. The quarterback played with the Seattle Seahawks for nine years from 2012 to 2021, reaching two Super Bowls and winning one. In 2022, he moved to the Denver Broncos. Wilson has an estimated net worth of $165 million.

As a Grammy-winning vocalist and songwriter, Ciara has been a fixture in popular culture for almost 20 years. Ciara reportedly has a net worth of $20 million. She launched her debut album, “Goodies,” in 2004 and has released seven other studio albums. Ciara has recorded with other performers such as Lil Jon, Missy Eliot and Chris Brown. Various endorsement deals with Verizon Wireless and Revlon have helped Ciara increase her wealth. She is also an investor and co-owner of Ten To One Run and the skin care line On A Mission.

Together, Wilson and Ciara own Why Not You Productions, a film development company with a partnership with Amazon Prime. In addition they are part owners of Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer.

Wilson and Ciara are the parents of three children — the oldest is Ciara’s son from a previous relationship with rapper Future, and the couple recently announced they were expecting another child. Nevertheless, they have still had time to build a real estate portfolio that includes properties in Washington, California and Denver.

Here’s a look at their properties:

Denver

After Wilson was traded to the Broncos in 2022, the couple purchased a home in Cherry Hills Village, right outside of Denver. The couple reportedly paid $25 million for an 11,000-square-foot mansion. The home includes four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and five half bathrooms. There’s also a one-bedroom guest apartment on top of a nine-car garage. There’s also a dining room, screen room, indoor pool, an outdoor fireplace and a basketball court.

Bellevue, Washington

Wilson and Ciara settled in Bellevue, Washington in 2015. They purchased their first plot of land that year for $6.7 million. In 2019, they purchased the second for the same amount. With both parcels of land, Wilson and Ciara were able to have a 1.89-acre estate adjacent to Lake Washington. The house includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a home movie theater, a recording studio, and a gym. The estate also includes 270 feet of lakefront access, which includes private beaches and a three-slip dock.

When Wilson was traded to the Broncos, the couple put the home up for sale for an estimated $36 million. The home is still on the market.

San Diego

Wilson and Ciara call their home in Rancho Sante Fe, a town right outside of San Diego, their “home away from home.” Wilson has owned the residence for several years. Spanning more than eight acres, the estate was once an equestrian facility. Wilson, however, has transformed the space for football. Since 2013, he has gathered with other players to host practices during the offseason.

Los Angeles and Mexico

Wilson and Ciara own residences in Los Angeles and Mexico. The properties are used when they are traveling as a family or for business.

Atlanta

Two years after debuting “Goodies,” Ciara purchased a condo in Atlanta for $680,000. She sold the property in 2015 for $520,000.
