A Look At the Smith’s Real Estate Holdings

Throughout the years, the Smiths have purchased properties throughout Pennsylvania, California and on several islands in Hawaii.

In 2004 Will spent $2.5 million for a custom-made movie trailer. Named “The Heat,” the two-story trailer allowed Will to travel to movie sets and relax while on set. Featured on HGTV’s “Celebrity Motor Homes,” the trailer included a full kitchen with granite countertops, a private wardrobe, and a large bathroom.

The Smiths’ main residence is a 150-acre estate in Calabasas. The couple purchased the property in 2003 and both consider it a place for comfort and relaxation, according to Architectural Digest. On the compound is a 25,000-square-foot adobe-style main house that includes nine bedrooms, a movie theater, a meditation room, and a recording studio. There’s also an 11,000-square-foot gymnasium, 70 acres of land, and an artificial lake.
