The couple, who share two daughters, Kensli, 7, and Maril, 4, took to their respective social media accounts on April 3 to share a joint statement expressing their amicable separation and gratitude for the time they spent together. Despite parting ways, they said they are committed to co-parenting their children.

“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways,” the statement read. “We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together.”
