‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Reality TV Show Mansion Could Be Yours for $13.5 Million

A storied piece of reality television history is up for grabs in Hidden Hills, California, offering a glimpse into the world of the Kardashian-Jenner dynasty. The Mediterranean-style estate that served as the backdrop for the early years of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” has been listed for $13.5 million, according to The New York Times.

Inside the Mansion the Kardashians Called Home

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, spanning approximately 8,800 square feet, was originally purchased by Kris Jenner and her then-husband, Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, for $4 million in 2010. For the past several years, Jenner’s son, Rob Kardashian, has called the property home. Recently refreshed by celebrity designer Ryan Saghian, the estate now features all-new furnishings, available for an additional $400,000.

Fans of the long-running E! series will immediately recognize the iconic foyer, complete with a grand bridal staircase and signature black-and-white checkered marble flooring. Beyond the dramatic entrance, the home boasts a fireside living room with towering arched windows and French doors, a formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with dual islands, a black La Cornue range, and a butler’s pantry — complete with a built-in frozen yogurt machine.

Additional features include an office, a wet bar-equipped family room, and a luxurious primary suite with a fireplace, private balcony, dedicated gym, and spa-like bath with a steam shower. Outside, the meticulously manicured grounds span over an acre, featuring a resort-style pool with a spa and waterfall, an open-air cabana with a fireplace, and multiple alfresco lounging areas. An attached four-car garage rounds out the amenities.

“This home was an integral part of the show,” listing agent Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California told the Times. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”

Kris Jenner, the family matriarch, is now focused on her Hulu series “The Kardashians,” has since moved on to a new residence. She and her daughter Khloé Kardashian now reside in side-by-side estates in Hidden Hills, purchased a few years ago for $20 million and $17 million, respectively.

Reflecting on the sale, Jenner expressed excitement about passing the home on to its next owners. “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,” she told the Times. “I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”

With its blend of Hollywood history and modern luxury, the estate presents a rare opportunity for buyers looking to own a piece of pop culture real estate.
