Property records reveal that Hudson purchased four properties across Massachusetts — three multi-family homes in Boston and a Cape Cod cottage — starting in late 2023. These acquisitions include a $2.2 million and a $2.3 million townhouse in Dorchester, a $3 million property in Roxbury Crossing, and a $610,000 waterfront home in Harwich.
The multi-family house is now divided into three apartments and was “renovated to the studs” prior to Hudson’s purchase, according to listings. It has 15 bedrooms across three units. Those apartments were earning about $17,675 in monthly income as of August 2024, listings show.
The former beauty queen, who has been dating Belichick reportedly for two years, has managed to secure multi-million dollar mortgages within days — all under LLCs where she is listed as the borrower. According to the Daily Mail, Hudson’s property portfolio indicates she’s significantly boosted her net worth since getting involved with Belichick. Public records show that on the same day she signed a mortgage, she also secured another $1.2 million loan for a second Dorchester townhouse, which she purchased for $2.3 million in June 2023.
Just two days later, on December 15, 2023, she closed on her third major acquisition — a $3 million home.
Revelations about Hudson’s multimillion-dollar real estate holdings have surfaced following a CBS News interview with Belichick, who earned $25 million annually as the New England Patriots’ head coach and amassed over $200 million during his more than 20-year career, that raised eyebrows about the extent of Hudson’s influence over the legendary coach. Friends of Belichick previously told the Post they were “shaking their heads” after Hudson abruptly cut off a question about how the couple met, stating firmly, “We’re not talking about that.”
The couple is said to have met in February 2021 when she was 20, but their relationship didn’t go public until June 2024 — shortly after she started arriving at cheerleading practice in a $75,000 Porsche, according to the New York Post.
