How Trump’s Youngest Made His Money

While President Donald Trump maintains his billionaire status, Barron, at just 19 years old, is already racking up millions, largely by cryptocurrency ventures.

Donald Trump leads the family with a whopping $7.3 billion, up $3 billion in just one year, which has been earned off his presidency. The surge came from a mix of cryptocurrency investments, including his World Liberty Financial crypto company, international licensing deals, and a $500 million boost after a New York appeals court overturned in late August a civil fraud penalty. His successful memecoin launch also contributed to his growing fortune, pushing him to No. 201 on the Forbes 400 list, 118 spots higher than last year.

Curiously, Melania Trump is estimated by the magazine be worth only $20 million. Her earnings come from books, speeches, a documentary, and her own meme coin. But her fortune is now eclipsed by that of her teenage son.

Barron Trump, a New York University student, has amassed an estimated $150 million, according to Forbes. Long before the rest of the family ventured into cryptocurrency, Barron was reportedly the one who sparked their interest in the space. He holds a 7.5% stake in World Liberty Financial, which has earned him roughly $40 million to date, with billions of tokens still locked and projected to potentially increase his wealth to $525 million once tradeable.

Older siblings also hold significant wealth. Eric Trump’s net worth now stands at $750 million, largely thanks to his stake in American Bitcoin and World Liberty Financial. Donald Trump Jr. follows with $500 million having co-ownership of the crypto venture and other family business interests. Ivanka Trump, with a personal fortune of $100 million, had her wealth bolstered by her husband Jared Kushner’s billionaire status, backed by private equity, real estate, and global investments. Tiffany Trump is worth an estimated $20 million alongside her husband, business exec Michael Boulos.
