A so-called “Cocaine Clause,” which stipulates that Urban would only be eligible for the payout if he remained sober from drugs and alcohol throughout their marriage.

Urban, 57, has been candid about his past battles with addiction. In fact, months after the couple married, Kidman staged an intervention that led him into rehab.
