Beverly Hills’ legendary Palazzo di Amore is back on the market. Billionaire Jeff Greene’s 25-acre Coldwater Canyon estate now listed for a staggering $195 million.

Inside the Mansion
The Beverly Hills estate was used for Kai Cenat’s September marathon stream, themed around the mafia, but the property remains a tough sell. It is not known what Cenat paid to rent the mansion.
Originally listed for about $200 million in 2014, the property is now a rental because it is hard to sell, having been reduced to about $130 million in 2017, according to Robb Report.
The mansion was completed in 2007 by billionaire investor Jeff Greene, who spent roughly $25 million finishing its development after purchasing it as an unfinished project.
The 53,000-square-foot main residence, featuring a 15,000-square-foot entertainment complex, a ballroom with a stage, a 50-seat movie theater, a bowling alley, a Turkish-style spa, and a private disco with a rotating dance floor, has been rented out to several wealthy tenants, The New York Post reported.
Additional amenities include 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms, a vineyard that produces Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, a swimming pool, reflecting pools, manicured gardens, and a tennis court, according to Robb Report.
Among those who have rented the estate is Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who reportedly paid $425,000 per year.
The Post reported the 9505 Lania Lane property is surrounded by the homes of celebrity neighbors like Barry Diller, Rihanna, Adele, and Diane von Furstenberg.
What makes Cenat’s monthlong stay particularly interesting is how it introduces the property to a younger, wider audience through his viral stream — one that featured appearances by Mariah Carey, Ed Sheeran, Kim Kardashian, and LeBron James, adding both visibility and allure to the listing.
As Finurah previously reported, Cenat’s broadcast was part of Mafiathon 3, the third installment of his mafia-themed, 30-day streaming event that brought together celebrity guests and aimed to set a new record for the most active subscribers on Twitch, the platform where he primarily streams.
Cenat averages about 120,000 viewers per stream, most of whom are between ages 20 and 29, with 94 percent based in the U.S.
Real estate agent Erwin Nicholas said Cenat’s livestreams have modernized luxury home marketing by making it viral and public.
Nicholas previously collaborated with Cenat to promote Tony Parker’s Texas mansion through a similar livestream campaign.
