Steve Harvey is making a major price chop on his massive Georgia estate, slashing $350,000 off the asking price as the luxury property struggles to move.

The sprawling Sandy Springs mansion, which originally listed for $5.1 million in January 2026, is now back on the market for $4.75 million, according to Realtor.com.
The European-style estate sits on nearly two acres overlooking the Chattahoochee River, giving it serious old-world luxury vibes with a prime Atlanta-area backdrop.
It has roughly 17,700 square feet and six bedrooms.
Despite the scale and scenery, the price drop signals the market might not be biting.
Double-height great room with oversized windows, chef’s kitchen with luxury appliances, formal and casual dining areas, private theater, temperature-controlled wine cellar, fitness studio and steam room fill the residence.

A private elevator connects three levels while an infinity-edge pool, spa, and landscaped entertainment areas complete the grounds according to Realtor.com.
Harvey purchased the Sandy Springs property in 2010 for $3.38 million, according to Realtor.com.

However, Harvey has not lived in the Sandy Springs mansion for years, having upgraded in 2020 to a larger estate purchased from Tyler Perry for $15 million, according to Geo.tv.
The current estate sits roughly 18 miles away and includes 17 acres, Geo.tv reported.

Nine bedrooms, tennis court, gym and spa, movie theater, infinity-edge pool, underground ballroom, guard house or caretaker accommodations, and a presidential-level security system define the upgraded property, according to Geo.tv.
Deed records confirmed Harvey and wife Marjorie Harvey purchased Perry’s former Buckhead mansion for $15 million, according to Buckhead.com.
The estate lies on Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead’s Paces neighborhood, nearly 35,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, according to Buckhead.com.
A 70,000-gallon infinity pool, gym, spa, theater, tennis courts, wine cellar, guest house, gardens, veranda, and underground ballroom with catering kitchen highlight the features, according to Buckhead.com.
Perry purchased the estate in 2009 for $9 million and invested millions in renovations, according to Buckhead.com reported.

He listed it for $25 million in 2015.
Perry sold the property in 2016 for $17.5 million to evangelist David Turner and wife Jennifer Turner, according to Buckhead.com.
The Turners relisted it for $25 million then reduced the price to $21 million in 2019.

That was when Harvey purchased it for $15 million in 2020, Buckhead.com reported, turning the Turners’ $2.5 million loss in his favor.
Securing Perry’s old mansion was more than just luxury as Harvey maintains business ties to Atlanta, including TV production work.
“Family Feud” relocated production to Tyler Perry Studios in 2024 further anchoring him in the area, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
