Making Real Estate Moves

The neighborhood consists of six homes near one another, with AMP’s house sitting at the top of the hill, Fanum said in a TikTok video. The move gives the content creators a shared base as the collective continues to build its presence beyond individual streaming careers.

Cenat has an estimated net worth of $35 million, while Fanum is estimated at $3 million, Duke Dennis at $5 million, and Agent 00 at $4 million. The net worths of ChrisNxtDoor and ImDavisss remain undisclosed.

AMP, which stands for “Any Means Possible,” was formed after its members began creating content separately on “NBA2K.” The group eventually joined forces to produce content together, with Cenat becoming the final member to commit.

The collective now has 8.17 million subscribers on YouTube alone.

“It’s a little bit harder to segue and change lanes when you’ve been doing it for five, six years by yourself,” ImDavisss told AfroTech in a 2024 interview. “So we wanted to do it as a unit.”

ImDavisss said he recommended ChrisNxtDoor as the group’s editor, while Fanum recommended Cenat after the group produced several videos.

AMP first established Georgia as its home base in 2022 after purchasing a $2.5 million estate in Marietta, which served as AMP’s primary content hub and studio. The collective also temporarily produced content from high-end New York residences, including a Tribeca penthouse and a sponsored $17 million townhome.

The group’s new neighborhood compound, “The Hill,” expands that operational model to house both core members and extended collaborators, including a home for the Clover Boyz— a crew of Cenat’s longtime friends consisting of Dezz, Ray, Punga, Reggie, Rakai, Tota, and Tylil.

The setup gives members of both groups space to live near one another while continuing to create content.

Fanum highlighted the group’s work ethic while discussing the new neighborhood on Twitch.

“We work hard,” he said.

The purchase represents another step in AMP’s evolution from a group of individual creators into a collective with shared assets and a physical base.

For AMP’s members and the Clover Boyz, the neighborhood also reflects an emphasis on ownership and building a legacy beyond content creation.

The group’s rise illustrates how creators who initially built audiences independently can use collaboration to expand their reach and pursue opportunities together.

AMP’s members began by creating “NBA2K” content separately before deciding to work as a unit. That collaboration has since grown into one of the group’s defining characteristics, with its members maintaining individual careers while also building the collective.

With The Hill, AMP is adding another dimension to that shared identity: a neighborhood where members of the collective and their close circle can live and create together.
