Basketball and Business

While Reese’s playing time with Team USA is currently making headlines, her business portfolio highlights why she has become one of the most marketable young athletes in women’s sports.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Reese has an estimated net worth of $7 million. Her income comes from her WNBA career, endorsement deals, sponsorships and her podcast, “Unapologetically Angel.” The Atlanta Dream player’s reported WNBA career earnings have reached nearly $500,000.

Reese entered the WNBA after being selected No. 7 overall by the Chicago Sky in the 2024 draft. She signed a four-year, $324,383 rookie-scale contract, with annual base salaries of approximately $73,400 and $74,900 in her first two seasons, according to Spotrac. After two seasons in Chicago, Reese was traded to the Atlanta Dream in April 2026. Under the WNBA’s new collective bargaining agreement, her 2026 base salary increased to $350,692, with Atlanta holding her fourth-year option for the 2027 season.

Reese has built partnerships across fashion, beauty, food, technology and financial services. Her portfolio includes a multi-year extension with Reebok, which has produced her signature Angel Reese 1 sneaker. She also has a deal with Victoria’s Secret, which selected her to front its “The Season of Strapless” campaign in April 2026, making her the first WNBA player to lead a global advertising campaign for the brand.

She has also partnered with Reese’s, Reese’s Puffs, McDonald’s, Beats by Dre, Amazon, StockX, Barbie, NBA 2K, Tampax, Cash App and Good American.

As part of her partnership with Cash App, the company has sponsored her podcast, collaborated on an Angel-inspired debit card, and supported a community basketball court in Chicago.

Reese has also ventured into ownership, joining the ownership group of Australia’s Brisbane Bullets.
