While socialite Lori Harvey is largely known for her personal life, the young entrepreneur is creating a splash in the business world. Just like her famous father, she is always looking for a way to expand her financial portfolio.
As Harvey approaches the two-year anniversary of her skin-care line, SKN by LH, she has launched another venture, Yevrah, a seven-piece swimwear collection, exclusively at REVOLVE, according to Vogue.
Beauty Then Fashion
The “It” girl took to Instagram to share with her 5.1 million followers her journey into fashion as a creative. She shared a video of her getting ready to do a shoot, and wrote in part, “Each piece is named after some of my favorite places in Europe that inspired me while I was making this collection.” She added that this labor of love has been two years in the making.
Harvey dove into the $5.5 billion swimwear and beachwear market, making a big splash. On Aug. 8, she unveiled her fresh Euro Summer swimsuit collection to the public, emphasizing its unique aspect: The pieces not only boast high fashion, but also high functionality.
“Swimwear has always been an avenue I wanted to explore so I felt like the timing was just perfect right now for me to dive into it. For my first drop, I really wanted it to be elevated staple pieces that can be worn anywhere, anytime, any season and that will never go out of style,” Harvey said.
She has designed all the pieces too. Her focus was on creating swimsuits that were super sexy and glamorous. Among them, a one-piece features an asymmetrical shoulder strap and a neckline cutout. Another, which is ’90s inspired, is accentuated at the waist by a gold chain link belt, coupled with a daring thigh-high cut.
“While I was creating my swimwear line I wanted it to feel very elevated and luxe in the same way that I wanted my skin care to feel as well,” Harvey said. “I also wanted them both to be inclusive, like there’s something for everyone, and I think I achieved that.”
REVOLVE has partnered with the 26-year-old in the past.
The company’s chief brand officer, Raissa Gerona, explained that this collection also aims to empower consumers who resonate with their brand, providing them with affordable options ranging from $80 to $180. The lineup is inclusive, available in sizes XS to XXL.
“Yevrah is a beautiful collection that women can feel confident and their best self in,” Gerona said. “We’re thrilled to be able to partner with Lori and share her vision with our community.”
The accessibility to the line is something that Harvey believed was crucial.
“I am all about inclusivity, and I think that is reflected in this collection,” said Harvey. “There is truly something for everyone that will make them feel confident and sexy.”
