This past Sunday, Usher, who purportedly is worth $180 million, quietly said “yeah” to Goicoechea just hours before hitting the stage for the Super Bowl halftime show. The performance included appearances from artists such as Alicia Keys, Lil Jon, will.i.am, Jermaine Dupri, Ludacris and H.E.R.  According to Forbes, Samba TV reported that the performance garnered the attention of 30.1 million American households and was up from 5 percent from last year’s show in which Rihana shared her second pregnancy with viewers.

But now that the show is over, Usher is planning his next performance while enjoying married life with his wife and four children from a previous releationship.

Let’s take a look at Usher’s current residence as well as a few that he has offloaded over the years.

Fit For The Hollywood Hills

In 2022, Usher dropped $3.4 million for a home in Hollywood Hills, California. Sitting on a quarter acre of land, the white stucco home is 4,000 square feet. Featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the residence also includes a living room with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace as well as walled windows. There’s also an all-white kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a marble-topped center island.

First-Time Home Buyer

Usher visited the suburban Atlanta home of music producer L.A. Reid in 1991. He was so mesmerized by the home that he set a goal to one day own a very similar property. In 1998, Usher was able to purchase Reid’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia, for $1.2 million. Usher owned the 10,823-square-foot mansion for 20 years, renovating the residence along the way. He replaced the wrought iron railings with subdued gray railings. Floating shelves replaced the built-in wall shelving and he even added a dance studio. He sold the property in 2018 for $1.5 million.

Intown Atlanta Real Estate

Usher’s next purchase was a swanky home in Atlanta’s intown Berkeley Park neighborhood. Usher scooped up the three-bedroom, three bathroom property for $970,000. Throughout the home, a black walls were partnered with light hardwood floors while large windows and an open-concept layout made the space relaxing. There was even a rooftop deck but that wasn’t enough to keep Usher in the home. In 2019, he sold the home for $775,000.

Real Estate Off The Sunset Strip

In 2015, Usher married his second wife, Grace Miguel. Then, he purchased a Spanish-style mansion in West Hollywood for $3.3 million. Built in the 1920s, the three-story residence included five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. And just like his home in intown Atlanta, Usher included dark walls featuring contemporary artwork. When Usher and Miguel divorced in 2018, the property was sold for $3.3 million.
