He purchased the Hollywood Hills property, which includes five bedrooms and four baths, in 2022 for $3.4 million.
Now, the award-winning artist, who just received a Lifetime Achievement Award from BET, is asking $3.8 million for the home, according to Realty.
The property has a notable history, with previous owners including Cara and Poppy Delevingne and Jared Leto. Extensive decking and patio space offer views of the city lights, treetops, and surrounding canyon, according to Architectural Digest.
Usher previously owned another Spanish-style home in the same neighborhood in 2015, which he sold in 2018 for $3.3 million, Mansion Global reported.
Usher’s real estate portfolio extends beyond Los Angeles.
He purchased an 8,022-square-foot mansion in Alpharetta, Georgia, in 1998 from music executive L.A. Reid. The home, featuring seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a climate-controlled treehouse, and a private dance studio, was sold in July 2018 for $1.5 million.
In Atlanta, near the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Usher bought a three-bedroom, three-bath house in 2007 for $970,000, which he sold in 2019 for $775,000. Additionally, he owned a nearly 13,000-square-foot mansion in Roswell, Georgia, purchased in 2007 for $3.04 million and sold in 2013 for $2.2 million.
The Hollywood Hills property that will soon to be sold includes a quarter-acre yard with a pool and spa, a fire pit, a grill station, a dining deck, and parking for four vehicles, making it a luxurious and attractive offering.
