Sean “Diddy” Combs may be locked up, but his bank account is still flying high — literally.
Despite facing serious federal sex trafficking charges that could land him in prison for life, the embattled music mogul is reportedly earning millions from behind bars by leasing out his $60 million private jet to wealthy, unsuspecting clients.
Jet for Rent
Since his arrest on Sept. 16, 2024, Diddy’s Gulfstream G550 jet — registered under his company LoveAir LLC — has made at least 126 flights and logged over 149,000 miles, according to The U.S. Sun. The luxurious aircraft is currently being operated by upscale charter company Silver Air, with average trips costing $32,597 for roughly 1,200 miles. That adds up to a staggering $4.1 million in revenue in just eight months.
The high-end jet, which seats 14 passengers and boasts luxurious oak interiors and spacious seating, is being marketed under the name “Jetty” with no public indication that it’s connected to Combs. Silver Air has not commented on whether passengers are aware of the aircraft’s infamous owner.
Diddy, 55, is currently held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center in New York as he faces various federal charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
In court last week, explosive testimony was given by R&B singer and former girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, who accused Combs of subjecting her to more than a decade of psychological and physical abuse.
While Diddy once offered to sell the jet to meet a proposed $50 million bail, the judge denied the motion. He has also listed his $61.5 million Beverly Hills estate, which has reportedly lingered on the market for over 200 days.
As the high-profile trial continues in Manhattan federal court, Combs’ legal defense is estimated to be costing him at least $10 million.
