The Kardashian family has quietly shelled out more than $21 million to secure a new home for Rob Kardashian, The U.S. Sun recently reported.

What’s in The House
The luxury property was purchased in November 2024 through an LLC tied to the family’s longtime business manager, Lou Taylor, and her firm, Tri Star, the Sun reports.
It’s a six-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate for Rob, whose personal net worth is estimated to be $10 million.
The 15,000-square-foot property closed at $21.65 million and sits on roughly two acres in one of Los Angeles’ most guarded celebrity enclaves, according to The Sun.
Records show a $14,072,500 mortgage with SmartBank, translating to monthly carrying costs of roughly $107,000 once property taxes are included, to the new owner.
The newly purchased Hidden Hills home sits within walking distance of the two family members Rob is reportedly closest to — his mother and Khloé Kardashian — and places him inside a newer cul-de-sac of custom homes with modern systems and fewer resale headwinds.
Those standards are extensive. The home includes a 10-car garage, chef’s kitchen with dual marble islands, wine cellar, butler’s pantry, custom theater, gym, and spa with steam shower, game room, children’s playroom, and en-suite bedrooms each opening to private terraces.
Outdoors, a zero-edge pool, spa with laminar water features, and a covered barbecue area complete the resort profile. Infrastructure upgrades — reverse osmosis water, backup generator, Savant smart-home controls, commercial elevator, and a full safe room — position the estate less as a celebrity indulgence and more as a hardened long-term asset.
There were other real estate deals made by the family.
Months later, in February 2025, Kris Jenner, whose net worth is estimated to be around $170 million, listed the original “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” family home for $13.5 million, according to People.
The Mediterranean-style estate — bought for $4 million in 2010 — had long served as Rob’s primary residence and the place where he raised his daughter, Dream, whom he had with Blac Chyna (Angela White).
Despite its cultural cachet as “television history,” the home has struggled to attract buyers at its asking price.
In September, Khloé Kardashian, whose net worth is around $60 million, took out a $14,875,900 mortgage on her own nine-bedroom Hidden Hills property — nearly mirroring the financing on Rob’s new home almost a year earlier.
