The 39-year-old actor has re-listed his massive Encino mansion in Los Angeles for $10.49 million, nearly $2 million less than the $12.51 million he paid for the property in 2022.

It seems Jordan, once named People’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” is prepared to take a money hit if he finds a buyer.

The eight-bedroom, modern farmhouse-style estate was built in 2021 and sits on a gated half-acre corner lot amid oak and cypress trees. Shortly after buying the home, Jordan reportedly customized the residence.

Fresh off the success of “Sinners,” where he played twin brothers Elijah “Smoke” Moore and Elias “Stack” Moore, he is looking to make some real estate moves.

The three-story mansion spans 11,599 square feet and comes loaded with luxury extras, including a high-tech security system, elevator, screening room, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and private gym.

The home features a dramatic 20-foot pivot door leading into an open layout.

At the center is a chef’s kitchen with custom oak cabinetry and two oversized islands, one functioning as a breakfast bar. The main suite includes a fireplace, spa-like baths, dual walk-in closets, and private outdoor access.

Outside, the estate features an infinity-edge pool, spa, pavilion, and a 1,134-square-foot guest house.

Jordan previously owned a $5.8 million Hollywood Hills home and bought a $1.7 million Sherman Oaks home for his parents, according to Architectural Digest.

Jordan has big projects ahead, including directing and starring in a new remake of “The Thomas Crown Affair” through his production company, Outlier Society.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Jordan’s estimated net worth in 2026 is $50 million, built through acting, modeling, producing, and directing.
