Michael B. Jordan has lowered the asking price of his Los Angeles home as the luxury property continues its return to the market.

Trying to Make Deal
The actor’s Encino estate is now listed for $10.245 million after a $250,000 price reduction last week. The home was relisted at the end of March for $10.495 million after originally listing for $12 million.

Completed in 2021, the modern farmhouse-style residence offers nearly 11,600 square feet on a half-acre lot, according to the listing held by Josh Altman and Sharon Tay of the Altman Brothers team at Douglas Elliman. The agents did not respond to a request for comment.

The three-story home is entered through a 20-foot pivot front door that opens to living and entertaining spaces with soaring ceilings and wood detailing. The main level includes formal living and dining rooms, along with a kitchen outfitted with Miele appliances, oak cabinetry and two islands. A floating staircase and elevator connect all three floors.
The property has eight bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and four half-baths. The primary suite includes a fireplace, two custom walk-in closets and dual spa-inspired bathrooms, according to the listing.

Entertainment and wellness amenities occupy much of the lower level, where the home features a theater, wine cellar and fitness center with an indoor-outdoor spa.
Outdoor amenities include a zero-edge swimming pool and hot tub, a pool house, pavilion, two-story guest house and multiple terraces designed for entertaining.
Jordan purchased the property in May 2022 for about $12.5 million, according to PropertyShark records. The Wall Street Journal previously reported that he invested roughly $500,000 in security and air-conditioning upgrades after buying the home.

The sale marks Jordan’s latest attempt to part with the estate. He first listed it in January 2023 for $12.998 million before relisting it in March 2025 for $11.995 million. The property remained on the market until last November, when its asking price had fallen to just under $11.5 million.
Jordan, whose credits include “Sinners,” the “Creed” films, the “Black Panther” movies and HBO’s “The Wire,” has an estimated net worth of $50 million.
