The sprawling property’s value has climbed significantly since Curry first purchased it, according to SFGATE.

Set on more than 1.5 acres, the estate spans 9,585 square feet and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and three half baths, placing it firmly in the upper tier of Bay Area luxury real estate.

More than 50 redwoods and 30 Italian cypress trees frame the property, alongside olive trees imported from Italy, cherry trees, apple trees and rose bushes showcasing various hues, according to SFGATE.

Amenities center on outdoor living with a pool, infinity-edge spa, putting green and entertainment pavilion, features that continue to elevate expectations for buyers seeking resort-style living at home.

A 925-square-foot pool house offers a sauna, kitchen and laundry, SFGATE reported.

The grounds blend livability with flair befitting an NBA legend, according to SFGATE.

Curry purchased the home in 2016 for $5.8 million. He lived there during the Warriors’ Oakland era before moving closer to San Francisco, tying the property to a key stretch of the franchise’s rise and his own career arc.

At one point, he joked about helicoptering into games the way Kobe used to from his Orange County home to Staples Center said Curry, according to SFGATE.

Earlier details from a 2022 listing showed the home at 10,529 square feet with five bedrooms and seven full baths plus three half-baths.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported a 2017 full remodel that updated the master bedroom, lighting, oak floors, bathrooms and closets.

Family touches included a custom playhouse for the children featuring a slide, loft, climbing wall and more with “R&R” initials displayed.

An in-home barber shop and a chef’s kitchen tailored to Ayesha Curry added personal lifestyle elements, according to The San Francisco Chronicle reporting.

The lot covers 1.56 flat acres, described as rare in Alamo. Outdoor elements featured French gardens, a limestone fountain, infinity pool and fruit trees.

The Currys sold the property in January 2019 for $6.3 million reported The San Francisco Chronicle.

A later resale occurred in 2022 for $8.3 million. The current $10.5 million listing continues the upward value trend for the compound according to sales timelines.

Separate context on Curry’s real estate moves appeared in earlier coverage.

In 2019 he pursued a buying spree that included a $31 million Atherton mansion.

A Menlo Park investment property he bought that year listed later for $1.349 million as he sought roughly $150,000 in profit, according to The Los Angeles Times.

That smaller home measured 1,240 square feet with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Features comprised a white picket fence, turf yard, yellow front door, beamed ceilings, updated lighting and doors plus a backyard with pergola and string lights.

The garage had been converted into office space reported The Los Angeles Times.

Curry’s career at the time included multiple MVPs, championships and a $201 million supermax contract signed in 2017.

The Alamo property sale for $6.3 million in 2019 tied into his shifting portfolio, according to The Los Angeles Times.
