Justin and Hailey Bieber Buy $12 Million West Village Condo In Manhattan

Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber, have purchased a $12 million condominium in Manhattan’s West Village.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the sale was confirmed through property records and people familiar with the transaction. The residence is located at 160 Leroy Street, a waterfront condominium building in lower Manhattan known for its distinctive curved design and upscale amenities.

The approximately 2,800-square-foot residence includes four bedrooms, six designated art walls and views of the Hudson River.

Property records show the seller was real estate developer Steven Brauser, chairman and chief executive of Parkland Group. Brauser purchased the unit for $10.5 million in 2018. The property was listed for $12 million in April, according to StreetEasy. Brauser did not respond to requests for comment.

Designed by Herzog & de Meuron in collaboration with developer Ian Schrager, 160 Leroy has become one of downtown Manhattan’s most recognizable luxury residential buildings. The property features a private courtyard and porte-cochere, with residences designed to maximize natural light, open floor plans and waterfront views.

The purchase comes after a milestone year for Hailey Bieber’s beauty business. In 2025, e.l.f. Beauty announced a definitive agreement to acquire Rhode in a deal valued at up to $1 billion. The company said Bieber will remain involved with the brand as founder while serving as chief creative officer and head of innovation. This deal boosted her net worth to around $300 million.

Neither Justin Bieber, who is worth an estimated $200 million, nor Hailey Bieber has publicly commented on the purchase. The Manhattan condo adds to the Biebers’ real estate portfolio, which includes luxury properties in California and Canada, reflecting the couple’s growing collection of high-end homes.
