Fresh off helping deliver the Knicks their first NBA title in 53 years, Karl-Anthony Towns joined his teammates onstage July 15 at the 2026 ESPY Awards as New York took home the Best Team award at the ESPYs in New York City.

But while Towns celebrated, his fiancée, Jordyn Woods, got plenty of attention herself in a expensive jewelry collection highlighted by a $324,000 Bucherer necklace featuring more than 100 diamonds.
The piece showcased a 5.02-carat pear-shaped fancy yellow diamond surrounded by dozens of white and yellow diamonds totaling more than 32 carats. Woods paired the necklace with a gold strapless gown, Christian Louboutin heels and jewelry from Material Good.
The glamorous appearance came just weeks after the Knicks capped one of the most memorable seasons in franchise history, with Towns playing a key role in ending one of the longest championship droughts in professional sports.
Throughout the Knicks’ title run, Woods became a fan favorite of her own thanks to an unexpected courtside accessory. When she brought an orange clutch she designed through her fashion brand, Woods by Jordyn, the team seemed to win. It became a lucky charm of sorts.
“I made this sample for the playoffs,” Woods recently said during an appearance on NBC’s “Today.” “I started wearing it, we won the game and it became a superstition.”
The superstition only grew after Woods was unable to bring the bag into Madison Square Garden because of a temporary no-bag policy for one playoff game. The Knicks lost, fueling fans’ belief that the orange clutch had become part of the team’s championship magic.
Following New York’s title victory, the now-famous bag was even placed on display at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, after Towns jokingly suggested it belonged in a museum.
The ESPYs also marked another milestone for the longtime couple, who announced their engagement last December after nearly six years together.
Woods has an estimated net worth of $6 million through fashion, television appearances, brand partnerships, and social media, while Towns has earned nearly $285 million during his NBA career and remains one of basketball’s highest-paid players.
