At just 21 years old, IShowSpeed has built an estimated $35 million fortune, transforming himself from a teenager streaming video games in his bedroom into one of the world’s highest-paid internet personalities.
The Cincinnati native has become a global phenomenon thanks to his high-energy livestreams, unpredictable antics, and music career.
IShowSpeed’s wealth comes from a diverse mix of revenue streams, including YouTube advertising, livestream donations, sponsorships, merchandise sales, music royalties, licensing deals, and major platform partnerships.
Speed first gained attention by livestreaming games such as NBA 2K, Fortnite, and FIFA, where his over-the-top reactions and comedic outbursts routinely went viral across TikTok and YouTube Shorts. He expanded beyond gaming, creating content centered on soccer, travel, music, and live events.
His global reach culminated on Jan. 21, 2026, when Speed celebrated both his 21st birthday and 50 million YouTube subscribers during a livestream from Lagos, Nigeria.
Forbes estimated Speed earned $20 million for its 2025 Top Creators ranking and later projected $30 million in gross earnings between March 2025 and March 2026. Those figures represent gross revenue before taxes and business expenses.
Speed has appeared in campaigns for PRIME Hydration, Beats by Dre, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and PepsiCo’s Doritos. Video of the confrontation quickly spread across social media, prompting FIFA to launch an investigation and issue a public statement condemning racism, hate, and discrimination. Then, during the England-Argentina semifinal, he had beer cans thown at him for wearing an England jersey in a section filled with Argentina supporters. Again, it was caught on livestream.
