The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property is listed for $3,495,000, more than three decades after Givens bought it for $520,000 in 1987. The actress, best known for her role in the television sitcom “Head of the Class,” married Tyson in February 1988. Their high-profile marriage ended in divorce about a year later.

Givens retained ownership of the home for another decade before selling it in April 1998 for $640,000.

The 3,305-square-foot residence sits in a hillside neighborhood above the Sunset Strip, offering a combination of contemporary architecture, natural materials and indoor-outdoor living, the Realtor.com reported.

The property is listed by Neyshia Go and Nichole Shanfeld of Sotheby’s International Realty. According to the listing, the home was designed to embrace its surroundings, with an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams.

Wide-plank hardwood floors and expansive windows bring natural light into the living spaces. Some of the windows follow the home’s angular roofline, adding to its architectural character.

A stone-clad fireplace anchors the main living area, connecting the kitchen and living room. The kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, dark countertops and a large island that provides additional space for cooking and entertaining.

Sliding glass doors open onto a terrace with a private swimming pool and raised spa. The outdoor area also features a pergola-covered lounge and additional space for gatherings.

The primary suite includes a fireplace, wood-paneled accent wall and large windows overlooking the surrounding hills. The bedroom also has access to a private terrace, while the adjoining bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub. A sizable walk-in closet provides additional storage.

On the lower level, a flexible room currently configured as a home gym could also be used as a screening room, game room or additional bedroom, according to the listing.

The listing comes as another property associated with Tyson’s past ownership is being marketed for $9.9 million in Connecticut.

Tyson purchased the sprawling estate in Farmington for $3 million in 1996 and sold it to rapper 50 Cent for $4.1 million in 2003. The property, which sits on 17.6 acres, spans approximately 51,000 square feet.

The mansion includes 21 bedrooms, 26.5 bathrooms and seven kitchens, as well as offices, a library and an indoor swimming pool. Other amenities include multiple game rooms, a racquetball court, casino room, billiard room and nightclub.

The estate also features a recording studio where 50 Cent reportedly recorded his 2005 album, “The Massacre.”

The Connecticut property first went on the market in August 2025. It was briefly withdrawn in 2026 before returning the following day at the same $9.9 million asking price.

Tyson has since acquired other luxury properties. In 2015, he and his wife, Lakiha Spicer, purchased a $2.5 million Mediterranean-style home in Henderson, Nevada, where they have lived for more than a decade.

The 8,000-square-foot residence has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and is currently estimated to be worth nearly $4.9 million, according to Realtor.com.

Tyson also purchased a $13 million Florida mansion in 2025, following a reported $20 million payday from his widely publicized 2024 boxing match against social media personality-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
