Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has completed work on his Beverly Hills estate, capping years of construction with a sprawling property that now appears ready for occupancy, according to newly released aerial photographs.

The Unique Decor
The images show a 10-acre compound filled with luxury amenities — including pools, sports courts and an unusual stainless steel capsule-shaped structure near a cactus garden that has drawn comparisons to a spacecraft.
Bezos bought the property in 2020 from media executive David Geffen in a deal valued at $165 million, later adding a neighboring lot for $10 million. The purchase remains one of the most expensive residential real estate transactions in Los Angeles history.
The estate’s most eye-catching addition is a futuristic, UFO-like pod. Media reports have speculated that the structure may be a sauna. It closely resembles a made-to-order stainless steel installation designed by Timothy Oulton Studio, modeled after NASA’s Apollo 11 space capsule. The studio describes the piece as adaptable for use as a lounge, workspace or dining pod. Pricing is not listed.
The space-themed feature aligns with Bezos’ longtime interest in space exploration. Last year his now-wife, Lauren Sánchez, flew aboard one of Bezos’ Blue Origin rockets during an 11-minute spaceflight with an all-female crew.
At the center of the property is a three-story Georgian-style mansion designed by architect Roland Coate. Built in the 1930s, the home was originally occupied by Jack Warner, a co-founder of Warner Bros., and is considered part of Hollywood’s Golden Age legacy.
Other amenities visible in the aerial photos include multiple swimming pools, one decorated with aquatic imagery, three pickleball courts with a viewing deck, a beach volleyball court, gardens and a firepit. Construction equipment and scaffolding are no longer visible, signaling the end of the extensive renovation.
Bezos and Sánchez, who married last summer in Venice, Italy, now appear to have completed their move into one of Beverly Hills’ most closely watched estates.
