Ivanka Trump may have stepped back from the political spotlight, but her lifestyle remains anything but low-key. Now based in Florida, she and her husband, Jared Kushner, reside in a $24 million waterfront megamansion on the exclusive Indian Creek Island.

The couple purchased the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath estate in April 2021 from Cuban-American billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset, of the Meruelo Group, according to Realtor.com.
Since then, the property has undergone a dramatic transformation. Over the course of three years, the neoclassical residence was reimagined as a sleek, modern showpiece of luxury living.
Its grand entrance is described as a Cinderella-like, with its staircase and a crystal chandelier within its grand foyer.
Since 2023, the couple has deliberately distanced themselves from politics to focus on raising their children. Ivanka has described Washington, D.C., as having a “darkness” she no longer wishes to be part of.
They share three children: Arabella, 13; Joseph, 10; and Theodore, 8.
Their Indian Creek Island estate sits within the exclusive “Billionaire Bunker,” a highly secure and private enclave that’s also home to A-list residents such as Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos with there being 41 waterfront mansions.
Security is such a top priority that the island of many rich people is only accessible via a single bridge guarded round-the-clock, according to Hola. The annual property taxes for homes like this can be as high as $427,000.
Ivanka’s more than 8,500-square-foot mansion features a private boat dock and views of Biscayne Bay as well as pools indoor and outdoor. This place has all of the relaxation one could require having a cabana house: state-of-the-art gym, sauna, and stream room, cold plunge pool.
Indian Creek Island mansion’s wet bar is said to be positioned near the dining area and inside the main living spaces, providing a convenient spot for preparing and serving drinks.
