Keeping Up with Kris Jenner’s Cribs! Inside the Momager’s Multimillion-Dollar Property Empire

Kris Jenner’s influence extends well beyond reality television. As the longtime manager of the Kardashian-Jenner family’s business empire, she has also assembled a high-profile collection of Southern California homes, from the Hidden Hills mansion featured on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” to luxury properties in La Quinta and Calabasas.

Where She Lives

Jenner, who has an estimated net worth of $170 million, helped turn the Kardashian-Jenner family into one of entertainment’s most recognizable brands after “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” debuted in 2007. Alongside managing the careers and business ventures of her six children, she has built a real estate portfolio that includes multimillion-dollar homes across Los Angeles County and the Coachella Valley.

According to the Robb Report, her properties range from longtime family residences to investment sales and vacation retreats, several of which have become familiar to television audiences.

Hidden Hills: The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Home

One of Jenner’s best-known properties is the Mediterranean-style Hidden Hills mansion that served as the primary filming location for “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” for more than a decade. She and then-partner Bruce Jenner (now known as Caitlyn Jenner) purchased the roughly 8,800-square-foot home in 2010 for $4 million.

The six-bedroom residence, known for its black-and-white checkered foyer and sweeping staircase, was listed for $13.5 million in early 2025 following renovations by designer Ryan Saghian. After briefly leaving the market, it was relisted at the same asking price and remains unsold.

But exterior shot of the home were actually a different mansion and the family did not reside in it. A Studio City estate was used for exterior shots of the Jenner family home in the early seasons of the hit E! series. While viewers saw an Italian Renaissance-style mansion on the outside, the family never actually lived there or filmed inside the property. Instead, producers used the estate as an establishing shot to keep the family’s real residence private and prevent fans from tracking down their actual home, Variety reported.

There is no public evidence that Jenner received special tax breaks for filming “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” at her Hidden Hills home, though homeowners who use their property for business or as a filming location may be eligible for certain business-related deductions.

Hidden Hills: A Renovated Estate

Jenner also owned another Hidden Hills home that she purchased in 2017 for just under $10 million. The approximately 9,500-square-foot property underwent an extensive renovation led by designer Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements before it sold in an off-market, all-cash transaction for $15 million in 2020. The home sits across the street from Kim Kardashian’s residence.

La Quinta Retreat

In 2018, Jenner expanded her property holdings with a $12 million home at The Madison Club in La Quinta. The approximately 11,000-square-foot residence includes seven bedrooms and a resort-style pool.

Other members of the Kardashian family also own property within the gated golf community. Kylie Jenner has a neighboring compound, Kourtney Kardashian owns a home there, and Kim Kardashian purchased a homesite where reportedly she plans to build.

Current Hidden Hills Residence

Jenner purchased her current Hidden Hills home for $20 million in 2021. The custom-built residence spans about 16,500 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an infinity pool, a private movie theater, and an eight-car garage.

The property sits next to daughter Khloé Kardashian’s home on a shared 3.4-acre parcel, with pathways connecting the two residences.

Calabasas Condominiums

In addition to her larger estates, Jenner reportedly owns three luxury condominiums in Calabasas. One of the units, a 2,260-square-foot penthouse, was listed for $2.59 million in 2019 before it was taken off the market.

The condos have also appeared on “The Kardashians.” During one episode, Jenner said she had forgotten she owned one of the units. She later persuaded Kim Kardashian to purchase another condominium in the same building, which Kim has used as offices for SKIMS. Jenner also reportedly purchased units for her late mother, Mary Jo “MJ” Campbell, and her longtime friend, Cici Bussey.
