Aaron Phypers revealed in court filings that he’s running out of money and unable to pay rent on the Calabasas, California, home he once shared with Richards, according to Global Magazine.

Is Eviction Looming?

The actress and former OnlyFans creator reportedly filed to end their nearly seven-year marriage this summer, alleging that Phypers’ family was damaging their shared home, the New York Post reported.

She said in a Los Angeles Superior Court filing dated July 7 that property had pieces of the floor scraped off, unopened boxes, trash, scattered clothes, papers, and removed flooring.

The rental home in Calabasas, a $3.5 million property, also housed 15 dogs, which Richards removed from the property on Sept. 15 without violating the temporary restraining order.

Richards was previously married to actor Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006.

Phypers has denied any physical or emotional abuse Richards has alleged.

She had moved out two years earlier, believing Phypers’ family would stay temporarily, and did not want to continue sharing a home with them, The Post reported.

“I left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items at the house based on Aaron telling me that his family would be moving back to Canada and we would be moving back into the [property],” she alleges in the complaint, People magazine reported. “If I am not able to [retrieve] my dogs and belongings, I believe my dogs will be harmed and my property destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.”

Phypers has been living at the rental property rent-free since January 2025.

The landlord has been attempting to collect six months’ worth of unpaid rent as of August 2025.

Both Phypers and Richards claim the other is responsible for the property, with Phypers and his family still residing there and Richards listed as the tenant.

Phypers is requesting spousal support of $150,000 per month, claiming he has not worked since October 2024 after shutting down his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club.

He typically paid half of the $120,000 monthly rent, with Richards covering the rest.

Phypers believe that because he assisted with his soon to be ex-wife’s OF page that claims their joint accounts once held millions, and he should have access to funds, as a co-creator should have a share of its earnings.

According to The Sun, Richards, whose net worth is around $20 million, still live in Calabasas at a $6,000-per-month rental apartment, and she is still grinding as a working actress.

She stays with her two daughters, Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13, and, if reports are correct, had three additional golden retrievers in the midst of retrieving the 15 at Phypers’ place in April 2025. Her eldest daughter, Sami, 21, lives independently in Los Angeles.

Richards, who has a movie in production and stars in the “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” reality show, was recently featured in a Charlie Sheen documentary on Netflix.
