Travis Hunter now has as the second-highest single-season NFL Players Association (NFLPA) royalty payout ever.

Making Money
He earned more than $12.8 million in NFLPA royalties from the 2025 season, according to Front Office Sports.
Shedeur Sanders led the way with $17.7 million, then it is Patrick Mahomes, following with $8 million. Tetairoa McMillan posted $4.5 million, according to Front Office Sports. Saquon Barkley rounded out the top with $4.3 million.
Despite playing only seven games before suffering a season-ending knee injury, Hunter generating $12.8 million is said to have been impressive, according to Sports Illustrated.
He brings his national profile, adding attention to the Jaguars and is one of the reasons the franchise has received increased primetime exposure entering the 2026 season.
He made impact plays in victories over the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs during his rookie season.
Hunter recorded his first 100-yard receiving game against the Los Angeles Rams before his injury. Hunter became one of only five NFL players since 1999 to record 100 receiving yards, a touchdown, and a pass defended in the same game.
Hunter’s popularity and unique two-way role have helped make him one of the NFL’s most talked-about young stars despite limited playing time.
NFLPA group licensing revenue includes income from jerseys, trading cards, video games, collectibles, player appearances, and hospitality promotions.
The royalties were paid to TIPENTERPRISE LLC. Front Office Sports identified this as a company owned by Hunter.
Hunter’s royalty earnings surpassed the previous NFLPA record of $9.5 million set by Tom Brady. Sanders ultimately established a new record.
As a top NFL draft pick, Hunter, who’s net worth is estimated to be approximately $10 million, signed a four-year, $46.65 million contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The deal is fully guaranteed and included a $30.57 million signing bonus paid entirely upfront.
